When AI tools started flooding the market, we knew we had to keep our agency current, just as we always did, but AI was evolving fast. Our first instinct was to launch a podcast reviewing the latest tools but we noticed something alarming: every podcast was obsessed with output quality and technical novelty. Tools were praised for generating photo-realistic colorful unicorns or writing long-form blogs in seconds. It was all very impressive but no one was asking the question that truly mattered to us and our clients.
“Can this tool actually perform for a luxury brand?”
Who cares if an AI tool could write a poem or create a pretty picture. Not us! What mattered was if AI could maintain brand tone, create images with specific brand colors, or understand nuance? That was the gap, and it was massive.
So we created AI standards; an industry first. We began testing AI Tools and started to build the evaluation framework.
