Service Description

LuxeDetect™ is an AI Brand Integrity Infrastructure service that evaluates AI-generated content against client-configured brand benchmarks. The service provides alignment scoring, tier classification, enforcement actions, and audit logging. LuxeDetect™ does not generate content. It evaluates content submitted via API or integrated systems and returns scoring, classification, and enforcement recommendations.

Client is responsible for configuring brand benchmarks, setting enforcement thresholds, and determining how enforcement actions are applied within Client's systems. LuxeDetect™ provides evaluation outputs. Client retains responsibility for final publication decisions.

Acceptable Use

Client agrees to use LuxeDetect™ solely for lawful purposes consistent with the service's intended function of evaluating AI-generated content for brand alignment.

Client shall not submit content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights, attempt to circumvent service security or access controls, use the service to evaluate content intended for illegal activities, reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary methodology, exceed rate limits or abuse system resources, or share access credentials with unauthorised parties.

Violation of this policy may result in service suspension or termination.

Trademark Usage

The following marks are trademarks of Luxe Factor Intelligence Corporation: LuxeDetect, LuxeFactor, LF1000, and Luxe Factor Intelligence Corporation.

For proper use, always include the trademark symbol on first use in a document. Use trademarks as adjectives, not nouns or verbs. For example, write "the LuxeDetect platform" rather than "using LuxeDetect" as a verb. Do not modify, abbreviate, or alter trademark spelling. Maintain trademark capitalisation as LuxeDetect, LuxeFactor, and LF1000.

For prohibited use, do not use trademarks in a manner that suggests endorsement without authorisation. Do not incorporate trademarks into third-party product names or domain names. Do not modify or create derivatives of trademark logos or wordmarks.

Include the following attribution where trademarks appear: LuxeDetect, LuxeFactor, and LF1000 are trademarks of Luxe Factor Intelligence Corporation.
